Late night vigil pays off

Monday 19 January

Won't be long before I'm in bed tonight, as I had a very late night watching the golf last night. Intended to just watch the first few holes of Zach Johnson's final round in the Sony Open before I went to bed. He got off to a good start and opened up a three shot lead early on. However within half and hour he had been pegged back and was in a three-way go for the lead, and that was that. No way was I switching off at that point and so I settled in for a long night. He held it together very well, was never headed and eventually birdied the last to win by two shots - the winning putt going in just after 3am ! Managed about 3.5 hours kip last night, and beginning to feel the pace now but it was well worth staying up for.

Three horses advised today, and didn't take long to pick up the losing thread again. Things not really happening for many of my tipsters at the moment, and will just be glad to get out of this quiet spell relatively unscathed until things change for the better as they surely will before much longer.
