SLH Strikes Again !

Sunday 29 March

A quiet end to the week in terms of the number of bets given out, but SLH ensured it was a cracking day with another winning double. The only other bet was from The Form Analyst, who advised an each way bet on Advanced. Backed in from 20/1 to 8/1, had to give best to Palace Moon who ran out a very easy winner.

Nothing doing with the golf this week so losses to book there. In an attempt to keep things moving in the right direction, I'm going to start following the selections on the EWT blog (see link on right). These are a couple of guys who I know from The Form Analyst forum and they certainly know the time of day, check out the results on their blog.

Of course will also be looking to trade as many of these horses for risk free bets as I can, haven't had the chance over the weekend but it is something that I will be doing much more in future.

Back later with the weekly p&l, but here's what I did today.

Afternoon JP,
I also had Advanced as the most likely winner of the 4.15 but unlike yourself, I backed it to win! Arghhhhh....
I never gave Palace Moon the credit he deserved for being beaten off 2 Yr Old Khor Dubai at the end of last season when giving him 19lb in weight.
That's the way it goes sometimes though as we are all aware. Perhaps I should be backing E/W at those prices, but non the less Palace Moon was most impressive and is one to follow this season, as he is a group winner waiting to happen!!
Regards NoseAhead...

I was win only as well mate - the advise was to back it each way, but I'm win only on my plan, so nothing doing for me either.

In the end, going win only will prove more profitable and you have to take the seconds on the chin - have had closer seconds this year !
