Aye Aye - another good day !

Friday 24 July

Equine Investments are really beginning to find their stride this season and the win of Aye Aye Digby at Newmarket tonight took their profit for this month to over 44 points.

Their other selection All Guns Flying was unplaced at Thirsk, and they also advised to "have a nibble" at William Blake at 8/1 at Ascot, which got outbattled by Fanjura, having traded 1.38 in running.

Backed William Blake anyway as The Form Guru put it up as an each way bet, and Aye Aye Digby was also advised by Chris, who's also having a pretty decent run at the moment.

SLH's Exchange bet was succesful, however Valerius was struggling to best Marufo when that once came down at the last, having also blundered at the previous fence. All turned out fine in the end but when you've had £300 on a short one, you hope for an easier ride than that.

SLH didn't have a bet on his mainline, but was very keen on the chances of Ovthenight as a bet to nothing e/w if all 8 stood their ground and 4/1 was available, thought the horse had a chance of turning over the favourite anyway but decided to pass. As it turned out, there was a non-runner and Ovthenight did win. He also ran through three other races today on his line just for interest and found three winners, including Safari Adventures at 11/2. I don't back these extra marks though.

The Form Analyst had his first disappointing day for a while with neither of his selections finishing in the frame, but Making It Pay found a nice winner with Blessed Place - prevailing by a short head in a six way photo in the last at Thirsk !

Hi JP The post the other day about SLH being watched by bookies and prices cut. This is probably ture but also I have noticed he is subject to a lot of pirate sites lite "relayline.com"

Not sure we can do to shut these down as ruining the services for the genuine members like ourselves.

Hi,

Will look at the two blogs tomorrow and post up links then, need to update the blog links on here anyway sometime as there are a few which are no longer updating.

Overthefence, to be honest I'm don't think these relay sites are the problem.

Genuine members are getting first digs at the prices, if they can get on quick enough, so I don't think someone relaying the messages 15 minutes later is the issue here.

Not sure there's a great deal we can do at the moment other then to get the messages on time and then it's who's quickest to get on - not an ideal situation but that's the way it is.

Best of luck to you.

All the best
JP
