No joy on a quiet day

Thursday 10 September

With The Form Guru service having a no bet day, the amount of action was considerably reduced - tried to make up for it with one or two extra bets, forecasts etc but no joy.

Maths found the well backed King's Colour as a single and also the first leg of an each way double, and when that came in there was the prospect of a good pay off. With the second leg Aaman being backed down to 11/10 it looked promising - but not to be as Aaman could only finish third.

Elsewhere two losers from The Form Analyst which between them beat one horse home - the pre-race drift on Purus was ominous, and proved to be correct with the horse being the first one beaten. They didn't show the start of the race on ATR as they were still showing a race at Tipperary, but according to the Racing Post Piscean's jockey was very late removing the hood and he was slowly away - but then again he usually is !

The only other action on the day came from Equine Investments, who tipped up Iron Out - finished 4th.
